Connecting objects together is one of the biggest needs in the 21st century and the Internet of Things (IoT) is doing that for us. Be it an industry, home, commercial automation, or fields like agriculture, healthcare, security system etc. all are going to use IoT to build intelligent solutions. Therefore, this FDP aims to explore IoT for developing various such smart solutions. Initially, the simulation on hardwares like Arduino and RaspberryPi along with programming on Python and embedded c will be covered including the interfacing of sensors with the hardware. Thereafter, Cloud and Edge for IoT will be explored and then using HTTP/MQTT protocol, data will be sent to the server for data analytics.
